The Work in Football program is a comprehensive coaching and training program designed to help individuals break into the football industry. It includes a combination of a self-paced online course, personalised one-on-one coaching sessions, access to a supportive community, and valuable resources to guide participants on their journey to securing a career in football.

The program is designed for students, recent graduates, professionals, or anyone passionate about pursuing a career in the football industry. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to make a career transition, our program provides the guidance, support, and resources you need to succeed.

Our one-on-one coaching sessions are tailored to your specific goals, needs, and interests. During these sessions, you’ll work closely with an experienced coach who will provide personalised guidance, feedback, and support to help you navigate the complexities of the football industry, build your skills and confidence, and achieve your career objectives. You choose when you start the 1-2-1 sessions & we schedule them around your personal commitments.

The duration of the program varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Typically, participants engage in the self-paced course first , then they choose to start the 1-2-1 coaching. This coaching includes six 1-2-1 sessions over a course of three months, we book these sessions in around your personal schedule. All group coaching calls & Q&A’s are also recorded and saved in the community library.
